The new single from Freshwater West is a stomping Latin House track, beautifully constructed and multi-layered with lush and whimsical electronic strings, a relentless groove, delicious vocals, and thought-provoking lyrics. A piquant Cuban vibe saturates the arrangement, from the classic montuno piano through to the signature güiro sound and sparse, yet classy, timbales.

Natalia's swirling vocals start dreamy and hypnotic, but acquire assertiveness and passion as the storyline develops. As an original take on familiar relationship woes emerges, the generic and mundane gains personality and emotional depth.

This gorgeous track is full of surprises until the very end, with its delicate piano solo, ice-cool coda, and lovely tambourine full-stop-cherry-on-top. As usual, Freshwater West offer up a box-fresh take on modern dance music: pop with style and substance.
